Motorola -   Single consulting resource contracted to implement Project Resource Management for Motorola’s Global Software Group division.  The Global Software Group staffs over 7000 employees and contractors located in several countries around the globe for work on internal development projects.  Provided implementation project management services including task and timeline determinations and recommended methodologies.  System design and business process re-engineering to implement full functionality of Oracle Project Resource Management,  Oracle HR, Project Costing and Project Billing, including integration with Oracle Sales, into a pre-existing architecture and data configurations of multiple Oracle and non-Oracle applications already in use.
