Rhonda was a contract resource as lead consultant at General Dynamics financial division in Canada.  Delivered global, enterprise-wide Oracle solutions in Project Manufacturing, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts. Designed complex customer billing functionality to adhere to strict government contractor customer billing requirements including extensive multi-currency tracking and ITAR (International Trafficking in Arms Regulations) compliance.
