Rhonda performed as project manager and implementation consultant.  Project management duties encompassed overall scheduling and organization of tasks, resource utilization, status meetings and executive communications.  Responsible for business requirement discoveries, system design and configuration, testing and training.  Installed Oracle Purchasing, iExpense, Project Costing and Project Billing enabling integration with previously installed Oracle AP, AR, HR, GL, and FA into a multi-organizational, multi-currency operation.
